Pack Committee is the group that runs the pack - we set meeting dates; choose activities, outings, community service fund raisers, etc.; set up a pack budget and decide how pack money should be spent; basically, make the significant decisions for the unit. The Committee is made up of all the adult leaders in the pack, any additional parent volunteers who wish to participate in the decision-making, and our Chartered Organization Representative (Cindy Acheson, a member of the church that sponsors our pack). Den leaders are officially members, but committee participation is optional for them because they do a LOT of work already. The CubMaster should serve as liason between the committee and den leaders who don't get to Committee meetings.
